My Wellness Philosophy

I believe that wellness is shaped by the small choices we make every day—what we eat, how we think, and how we live.

For me, that means choosing whole, natural foods; supporting healthy blood sugar; eating plenty of vegetables; and avoiding processed foods, sugar, unhealthy oils, and harmful chemicals whenever possible. Our bodies thrive when we give them what they were created for.

Wellness is also about mindset. We can choose to focus on gratitude, hope, and the positive things in life—and that choice deeply impacts our overall well-being.

And through it all, my faith in God keeps me grounded and centered. Spiritual health is an essential part of living well.

My hope is to inspire you to make simple, intentional choices that help you choose to be well—one day at a time.
